There are many things that can fill our minds — work, family, bills, things that need to get done around the house, etc…. Quite honestly, it can get to a point where there is so much on your mind that you cannot think straight anymore. It gets to a point that you have so much on your mind that you begin to forget about things, even the Lord. Sound familiar?
In Philippians 4:8-9 Paul writes, “8 Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy—meditate on these things. 9 The things which you learned and received and heard and saw in me, these do, and the God of peace will be with you.”
Paul reminds us what should take priority in our minds — the Lord. As you start your day and as you go through your day, “what do you think of?”
I pray for blessings today for you on your Journey!
