Last week, our church lost a dear member of our family — Ms. Julie. She and her husband, Hutch, had been with us since the beginning and now they are both in Heaven. Julie was famous for saying “I am good in Jesus!” Regardless of her situation, health circumstances or other trials she was facing, Julie was always quick to remind everyone that she was “good in Jesus”.
My prayer for all of us is that we will have that same attitude in our lives. We may be struggling with issues, we may be dealing with a health crises, we may be in the middle of trials, but we can still be “good in Jesus”.
Ms. Julie knew that she could be “good in Jesus” because she knew that one day she would be “good with Jesus”. Take time today to thank the Lord for all that He has done in your life, the love that He shows you, and the future that He has planned for you. In reality, we all have reason to be “good in Jesus”.
