“Thank you”. It is so simple to say, but it seems that it is getting harder and harder for people to say. It seems that as our burdens grow, it is more difficult to see things to be thankful for. We might not like our jobs, but are we thankful that we still have a job? We might not like all of our family members, but are we still thankful that we even have a family? We might not like our cars because it doesn’t have all of the “bells and whistles”, but are we thankful that we even have a car to drive?
In 2 Thessalonians 2:13 Paul writes, “13 But we are bound to give thanks to God always for you, brethren beloved by the Lord, because God from the beginning chose you for salvation through sanctification by the Spirit and belief in the truth,”
Regardless of your situation or circumstances, never forget to give thanks to God always. When it seems that there is nothing to give thanks for, remember we always have the Lord!
I pray for blessings today for you on your Journey!
