I am sure that many of you remember a very popular advertisement slogan for a cellular phone company, “can you hear me know?” Not only was it very popular, but it was also very catchy. How many times do we say the same thing as we are talking to someone on our cell phones? “Can you hear me now?” is a question we asking waiting for confirmation that our connection is good. We may say it on our cell phones, but how many times do we also say it in our prayers?
In Psalms 102:1-2 it states, “Hear my prayer, O Lord, And let my cry come to You. 2 Do not hide Your face from me in the day of my trouble; Incline Your ear to me; In the day that I call, answer me speedily.”
Unlike our cell phones where bad reception is common, we can take comfort in knowing that the Lord hears all of our prayers, all of the time. And, in His own perfect plan, He will respond.
I pray for blessings today for you on your Journey!
