What is My Role?

As Christians, we all want to be used for the glory of the Lord. Although we all want to be used, we all have a different definition of what that means. Some may want to hold crusades in front of thousands of people. Some may want to start churches/ministries and transform communities. Some may want to give powerful sermons that will completely change people lives.  Did you know that we all have that chance everyday?

In Acts 6:3,7 we read, “Therefore, brethren, seek out from among you seven men of good reputation, full of the Holy Spirit and wisdom, whom we may appoint over this business; but we will give ourselves continually to prayer and to the ministry of the word….Then the word of God spread, and the number of the disciples multiplied greatly in Jerusalem, and a great many of the priests were obedient to the faith.

The early church needed people to care for the widows that were neglected. Today’s church needs the same. How you live and love others can be more powerful than crusades, transform communities and live a sermon that will completely change people. Remember, you are God’s hands, giving His things to His children.

I pray for blessings today for you on your Journey!
