Esther 2:8-10 – 8 So it was, when the king’s command and decree were heard, and when many young women were gathered at Shushan the citadel, under the custody of Hegai, that Esther also was taken to the king’s palace, into the care of Hegai the custodian of the women. 9 Now the young woman pleased him, and she obtained his favor; so he readily gave beauty preparations to her, besides her allowance. Then seven choice maidservants were provided for her from the king’s palace, and he moved her and her maidservants to the best place in the house of the women.
Esther, the niece of Mordacai and a Jewish woman, was selected to be one of the your women that would be presented to the king. While preparing to meet the king, she found favor with Hegai, the custodian of the women. Because of this, she was given more than the other ladies. In fact, she was moved to the “best place in the house of the women”.
You might not realize it, but we have all been blessed with Esther’s favor. We have been chosen by the Lord. We have found favor with the Lord. We have been moved to the “best place” in the house of the Lord. Never forget that in the Lord’s eyes, you are more precious, more beautiful. more valuable than all others. In His eyes, you are just like Esther.
I pray for blessings today for you on your Journey!
