Often times, when i meet with people enduring some type of crisis in their lives, they often will say that it is the “worst day/time of their life”. Sound familiar? As I look back on my own life, there are those times that I wish would have never happened. They caused pain and suffering on me and those around me, so I understand what those people mean by their statement. As I listen to these people speak, I often remind them that the “worst day” can become one of your “best days”. Why? Because of grace.
Paul tells us in 2 Corinthians 12:9 “9 And He said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore most gladly I will rather boast in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.” Paul had cried out for relief, the Lord gave Him grace.
As I look back on those “bad days” of my life, I can see how the Lord was working through His grace to restore and comfort me. As you look upon those “bad days” of your life, maybe you are there right now, seek to see God’s grace iin it. Please hear my heart, while we may never be grateful for the “bad days”,we can be thankful if we can see God’s grace. Remember, the bad will get good because Jesus guaranteed it on the cross.
I pray for blessings today for you on your Journey!
