And He Wrote

I am always blown away how the Bible speaks something new to me every time I read it. That is why the Bible is called the “living Word of God”. It is alive. It is pertinent to our daily activities. It was written by men, but inspired by God. It is important and necessary for us to read and for us to follow.

In Deuteronomy 10:4 we read, “ And He wrote on the tablets according to the first writing, the Ten Commandments, which the Lord had spoken to you in the mountain from the midst of the fire in the day of the assembly; and the Lord gave them to me.”

The 10 Commandments that have been removed from most public settings in our country were written by God. In fact, our scripture said, “He wrote on the tablets”. He, being God, wrote them for us to know and follow. The same can be said for the entire Bible. As you read scripture, remember that He wrote it for you and for what you are encountering in your life. No, not to condemn you, but to give you life.

I pray for blessings today for you on your Journey!
