I recently read an article on ESPN.com titled, “Top 25 of Unfulfilled Potential”. The article listed “the top 25 cases of unfulfilled potential in sports history. Some of the athletes who made the list squandered their prodigious talent; others were slowed or stopped by injury. All left us wanting more.” Have you ever felt that way in your own life? You had so much potential, yet you never seemed to reach it like you wanted to?
Psalm 107:41 states, “41 Yet He sets the poor on high, far from affliction, And makes their families like a flock.”
Because of the Lord, we never have to worry about not “reaching our potential”. The same Lord that “sets the poor on high” gave us the Holy Spirit to encourage us, strengthen us and empower us to not only reach our potential but also the potential that He sees in us.
I pray for blessings today for you on your Journey!
