Deuteronomy 6:18 – And you shall do what is right and good in the sight of the Lord, that it may be well with you, and that you may go in and possess the good land of which the Lord swore to your fathers,
I can recall so many times in my life where it would have been easier to put a complaint or issue into the trash bin for recycling because no one would know about it. Or times when I could make an easy decision to handle something I knew was wrong to not cause waves at work. What about calling into work sick and lying just to have a day off. The list can go on and on . . . with much justification.
The Spirit of God that lives in you will always remind you “do what is right and good in the sight of the Lord.” God does see all. He sees our integrity, He sees our character, He sees our heart and true motives. We must always do what God says and not what the world says. Never follow the path of least resistance if it is the wrong thing to do. The blessing from following Gods word and His ways will ultimately be yours in the end.
I pray for blessings today for you on your Journey!
