A Vision of God

Ezekiel 1:1 – Now it came to pass in the thirtieth year, in the fourth month, on the fifth day of the month, as I was among the captives by the River Chebar, that the heavens were opened and I saw visions of God.

There is an old saying, “I won’t believe it until I see it”. In other words, what people are saying is that they cannot believe that something is real unless they can first see it. Once they see it, they can have faith that it exists. It is one thing to take this approach with things here on earth, it is entirely different to take this approach with God.

In today’s scripture we read, “as I was among the captives by the River Chebar, that the heavens were opened and I saw visions of God”. May you see the Lord today in all that you do and everywhere you go. No, we do not need to wait for the heavens to open up to see God, we merely have to open our eyes and look all around us.

I pray for blessings today for you on your Journey!
