Why Do We Question God?

Genesis 17:17 – 17 Then Abraham fell on his face and laughed, and said in his heart, “Shall a child be born to a man who is one hundred years old? And shall Sarah, who is ninety years old, bear a child?”

Why do we question God? When trials and tragedy hits us, when unexpected blessings flow, why do we question God? In today’s scripture we read, “Abraham fell on his face and laughed”. Abraham questioned God after God had given Abraham a promise (unexpected blessing). When we question God, we are lacking in faith of who and what He is. The God of Abraham is your God. The God that made the impossible happen in Abraham’s life is the same God that will make the impossible happen in your life. The God that gave Abraham unexpected blessings is the same God that wants to give you the same. Each day, may you seek God’s plan and purpose in your life so that you may know that He is your God.

I pray for blessings today for you on your Journey!
