People Remember

Genesis 41:12-13 – 12 Now there was a young Hebrew man with us there, a servant of the captain of the guard. And we told him, and he interpreted our dreams for us; to each man he interpreted according to his own dream. 13 And it came to pass, just as he interpreted for us, so it happened. He restored me to my office, and he hanged him.”

We may often wonder if what we do makes a difference in people’s lives and in this world. We may do many great things for people, but either they do not recognize them or nothing seems to change. Joseph had made a difference in the lives of 2 men in prison with him, but Joseph did not know that. When Pharaoh needed an interpretation of a dream, one of those 2 men remember Joseph and told Pharaoh, “13 And it came to pass, just as he interpreted for us, so it happened.” What you do does make a difference in people’s lives, regardless of whether or not they immediately recognize it. Each day, strive to make a difference in the lives of those around you. Each day strive to bring people closer to Jesus.

I pray for blessings today for you on your Journey!
