Why Do I Need Church?

Judges 1:3 – So Judah said to Simeon his brother, “Come up with me to my allotted territory, that we may fight against the Canaanites; and I will likewise go with you to your allotted territory.” And Simeon went with him.

There is a very disturbing statistic about church attendance — it is going down. More and more people are proclaiming that they do not need to go church, but will do church “on their own”. The Bible tells us that the narrow path is hard and difficult, impossible on our own. Throughout the Bible we are told that we cannot have fellowship with the Lord unless we first have fellowship with other believers. It is that fellowship that allows us to “fight against the Canaanites; and I will likewise go with you to your allotted territory.” I pray for each of you that you will find that one place that the Lord is calling you to, build roots and allow the Lord to grow you in ways you never imagined possible.

I pray for blessings today for you on your Journey!
